Subprocessors and AI Providers

This register identifies external services that may be available in Pierce Ridge Technologies (“PRT”) and Helix deployments. The relationship depends on who contracts for the service and whether an approved customer route sends data to it.

PRT Subprocessors and Conditional Services

These services act as PRT subprocessors or infrastructure providers when PRT contracts for the service and the selected deployment route processes customer data through it.

  • Hetzner

    Cloud compute, storage, backup, and runtime hosting

    PRT subprocessor for deployments hosted in a selected Hetzner region.

  • Cloudflare

    Secure network ingress, edge delivery, and tunnels

    PRT subprocessor or infrastructure provider when the selected route uses Cloudflare.

  • Vercel

    Web application hosting and edge delivery

    PRT subprocessor when a customer-facing application is deployed through Vercel.

  • Composio

    Connected-account and tool routing

    PRT subprocessor when PRT contracts the service and routes customer data through it.

  • Firecrawl

    Web search and content extraction

    PRT subprocessor when enabled for an approved customer retrieval route.

  • Brave Search

    Web search

    PRT subprocessor when PRT contracts the service for an approved customer route.

  • Tavily

    Web search and research retrieval

    PRT subprocessor when PRT contracts the service for an approved customer route.

  • Perplexity

    Search-model retrieval

    PRT subprocessor when PRT contracts and enables the service for customer data.

  • Browserless or an approved remote-browser provider

    Remote browser automation

    PRT subprocessor when PRT supplies the endpoint; customer-designated when the customer supplies it.

Available AI and Model Providers

This catalog lists provider organizations and route types rather than individual model versions. Model availability can change, but no model or provider becomes available to a customer merely because it appears here.

    Available through an approved customer AWS account, region, and model.

    Available only with an approved gateway account and downstream-provider allowlist.

  • Vercel AI Gateway

    Multi-provider gateway

    Available only with an approved gateway account and downstream-provider allowlist.

  • Groq

    Direct commercial API

    Available only after tenant-specific approval and route activation.

  • xAI / Grok

    Direct commercial API

    Available only after tenant-specific approval, including retention controls.

  • Mistral

Other Service Providers

These providers support PRT operations. Their presence does not mean customer content is stored or processed through them.

  • Tailscale

    Restricted administrative connectivity

    PRT service provider; customer processing depends on the approved route and data scope.

  • GitHub

    Source control, release evidence, and approved customer connections

    PRT service provider when customer content is excluded; otherwise separately authorized.

Customer-Designated Systems

When a customer supplies its own tenant, account, credentials, endpoint, or managed environment, that service is a customer-designated external system and is not automatically a PRT subprocessor. Each connection remains limited to the exact approved account, scopes, resources, actions, retention, tests, and route authorization.

Changes, Questions, and Objections

When PRT intends to appoint a new subprocessor that is not listed here, PRT will provide thirty (30) days’ written notice as required by the applicable Data Processing Addendum or controlling agreement.
